Hard work always leads to good results that is a known thing, but if you are talented and smart at something it definitely will favor you, this doesn’t mean smart work alone does not lead to success.
In today’s competitive old, everyone around you is trying to be their best to fulfill their dreams and achieve what they want. Sometimes instead of choosing a career based on his or her talent, people choose a career based on their desire to do something.
For e.g., a person might not have the talent or skills required to become a doctor but the desire to treat people makes them want to become a doctor. In such cases, people work very hard to achieve their dreams.
People who have such desires work hard and smart at the same time to give their best.
Hardworking people are always very persistent and determined they never get distracted from their goal. Whereas, smart workers use their skills to make their work easier and finish it quicker, which is also a great advantage.
If a person is skilled and can work smartly at often on any given thing, hard work is still required for the person to grow in his chosen work or else his growth would become stagnant.
For E.g. If a skilled dancer does not work hard and practice dance regularly, he/she won’t be able to excel in dancing in future.
So, your skills in performing smartly seeds on practice which needs nourishment to turn into a flourishing tree. Hard work is something which always paves the way to success and smart work helps to make the path easier. So hard work and smart work should always go hand-In-hand than alone to achieve the best results in one’s life.
If you miss either of the ones, the output is always less effective. Practically, If I ask you to choose between both of your hands and then ask you to use only one hand for all your works, would you be able to do it? if yes, would you get better results compared to using both of the hands, that is the case with hard work and smart work as well.
LET SMART WORK AND HARD WORK GO HAND IN HAND TO RETRACT THE BEST RESULTS.
