To provide support for enhancement (major and minor) or new developments based on business requirements as provided by the client as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project
Initial Diagnosis and Resolution of the raised incident tickets
To monitor client environment and analyse the identified real-time events/alerts through various tools
To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
